Ray has been working with light for over 22 years. As a Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of tk1sc, Ray’s responsibilities include being involved in all aspects of design operations and production activities for the firm’s complete range of electrical and lighting design services.
Ray specializes in architectural lighting design/consulting and has been responsible for innovative and creative lighting designs which have enhanced the utility, comfort, and grace of numerous architectural and landscape projects. Signature designs include Orchard Hills Town Center in Irvine, California for the Irvine Company; the LEED Platinum Environmental Nature Center in Newport Beach, California; the expansion of the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana, California; and numerous luxury country clubs and resorts across the Southwest. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Ray brings tremendous sensitivity to issues of sustainability and environmentally appropriate design.
Ray also provides principal management and creative direction for all projects and oversees tk1sc‘s financial, planning and administrative functions.
